Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engineering Intern to serve as a technical liaison between our engineering team and customers. This role focuses on providing high-level support and delivering technical solutions tailored to customer needs for the Dash 8 family, Twin Otter and Water Bomber.
This 12 month internship will begin in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide aircraft customer configuration and technical support to the Sales & Marketing, Aircraft Programs and Aftermarket organizations through the various phases of Sales Campaigns for new and pre-owned aircraft thought the DHC refurbishment program.
  • Review customer change requests and assist customers in selecting the appropriate retrofit modifications based on their specific aircraft configuration and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, systems, and various engineering functions to support product integration and customization for customer-initiated requests.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation documentation on technical and optional features for De Havilland aircraft. Help develop engineering reference materials to support future customer change requests.
  • Aid in preparing technical documentation for the CL-515 water bomber prior to aircraft entry into service.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Dash 8, Twin Otter and Water Bomber customers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the new configuration tool to support all DHC aircraft types.

Qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and aircraft manuals
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in customer support and aircraft systems
Proficiency with MS Office
