Our Customer Enrollment Associate team assists in aiding our customers by supplying them with service alternatives. The role involves representatives interacting with customers face-to-face to enroll, sell and assist in selecting the best phone and phone services. We provide our Customer Enrollment Associate with opportunities to participate in community outreach, and have a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Enrollment Associate team. CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
  • Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumers lives
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
  • Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined and honest work ethic
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skill with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale
