QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST:

  • Experience as a Customer Enrollment Specialist, customer service, or customer-facing role is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Monday - Saturday, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
  • Promote products and services we offer directly to customers, offering personalized solutions that align with their wants and needs, guiding them through the enrollment process every step of the way
  • Work closely with the sales team and other Customer Enrollment Specialists to refine sales strategies and improve customer service aimed at increasing company revenue and boosting customer retention
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Customer Enrollment Specialist, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, ensuring their needs are met, and they are satisfied with the sales process
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales transactions and customer interactions to track sales performance and customer retention
  • Stay up to date with all current products, promotions, and services to accurately assist customers, offering them the best deals and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-based mindset, positively representing our company
  • Attend weekly meeting with the sales team and other Customer Enrollment Specialists to build sales and leadership skills to ensure your success
