ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • LF Forklift Licence.
  • MR or HR Licence (not essential, but desirable).
  • Very good knowledge and experience of standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements within the workplace.
  • Understanding of repair and support processes and practices, associated operational environment, policies & procedures.
  • Very good knowledge of the supply chain process, ERP systems experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain business principles and procedures.
  • A high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Our Services and Support delivery team is currently seeking experienced Customer Equipment Clerk to join our team. Reporting to Customer Equipment Manager, this varied role will see you carrying out a variety of tasks such as material management within the Customers ERP, Customer Relationship Management and general Warehouse tasks to ensure delivery of service centre obligations within the scope of Service Level Agreements, on time, to budget and to the required quality.

Working at our Brisbane, Eagle Farm office, on Jagera and Turrbul Land, your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ERP transactions such as receipting, issuing, installing, uninstalling and raising all types of requisitions required.
  • Undertake stocktakes as required.
  • Coordinating the return stores group (RSG) process.
  • Effectively compiling relevant ERP reports.
  • Proactively developing customer relationships (both internal and external).
  • Providing timely solutions and contributing positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image.
