Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a First Line Leader to join the team in Dallas, Texas. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Supply Chain via the Global Parts Solutions Commercial team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE):

  • More than 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • More than 3 years of experience in Data Analysis
  • More than 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in strategic decision making and supplier negotiations
  • Experience in a self-directed role
  • Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
  • Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support
