Working with people in over 200 countries and territories, we are on the ground in more than 100 countries. Provide professional support via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring all interactions meet corporate standards. Manage customer feedback, follow up with lapsed students, and maintain detailed records. Support Teaching Centre and Exams registration processes, including placement testing and document handling. Use CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with administrative teams and contribute to operational tasks. University degree Fluent in Ukrainian and English (minimum B2 level) Strong attention to detail and computing skills (MS Office, Excel) Experience in customer service, ideally across multiple channels Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
