About The Role Build dashboards (using Palantir data) for workload capacity, SLA (response & closing times), and Customer Excellence KPIs. Collect and automate data related to Customer Excellence workload. Assist in developing the Customer Excellence Playbook (SOPs, workflows, RACI Matrix, and best practices). Assist in creating Working Instructions (WI) and digital guides (user guides, communication templates, process flowcharts). Identify digitalization opportunities to improve manual processes. Ideate and execute improvement projects when possible. Develop documentation and training materials related to digital tools or automation. Who You Are Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in IT, Information Systems, or related fields. Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VBA) and Power BI/Tableau; basic programming is a plus. Strong interest in digital transformation and process improvement. Excellent documentation, communication, and data analysis skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Being active in organizations, communities, or sports is an advantage.
