As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer requests and complaints related to completed short term car rentals such us: investigating and managing charge disputes fuel issues analyzing the explaining rental charges to customers sending of rental invoices to customers Key Duties & Responsibilities Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction Meet personal/customer excellence team resolutions targets Proactively escalating queries and concerns, when necessary and following up to ensure resolution Working closely with a team of CERs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customers' concerns Excellent communication and people skills displaying a professional customer service attitude Follow company’s guidelines, procedures and GDPR Bachelor's degree.
