As part of the Customer Excellence team for the Europe North-East of Electronics (Surface Solutions) you take care of the entire Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Main tasks are amongst others: samples coordination, order entry, customer account maintenance, price & availability checks, management of your customers and Key Accounts.
You proactively communicate shipping dates and work on service complaints and sales inquiries. You are a key interface between our domestic customers in Germany and Austria, and our internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, sales and manufacturing sites.
An eye for detail and a high dedication to quality and data accuracy make you an essential part of the customer experience with our company. Besides taking ownership of your day-to-day tasks, you are always looking for ways to optimize our processes and services and are eager to share these ideas with your team and management.
