Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have drive and support accurate capture of Installed Base (IB) and manage data to support high level of quality service delivery.
Also support customers by facilitating education and communication of equipment Life Cycle status and potential solutions using Partner Hub to promote smart, safe and sustainable service solutions and drive demand.
The work model for the role is hybrid whilst still requirement of office attendance to support collaboration.
This role is contributing to the Australia Electrification Service Business with main stakeholders being Operations, Supply, Field Service, Projects and Marketing & Sales teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Optimize efficient and effective capture of ABB Install base and 3rd party where possible and applicable.
  • Facilitate development of processes and tools to leverage Service IB management, including support of factories in their integrations to IB database
  • Supports business initiatives leveraging IB management to optimize creation of demand opportunities and optimum customer support.
  • Leverage existing solutions portfolio and systems to facilitate repeat business (such as engagement of PowerCare agreements) utilizing digital and innovative activation and/or upgrades to allow monitoring capabilities and sustainability services.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • You are immersed and engaged in highly skilled activities and processes and systems drive accurate data management, analysis and to determine actions/initiatives to drive service demand opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in working with Electrical Distribution products established experience in production or manufacturing environment.
  • Possess basic knowledge of systems environment preferably with Microsoft and SFDC type platforms.
  • You are passionate about about delivering results in a positive culture environment, leveraging new technologies to drive innovation for efficient and effective continuous performance.
  • You are at ease clear and effective communication.
