La risorsa ricercata è un* Customer Excellence Specialist, che verrà inserit* che verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione Customer Excellence del business IPPlus Principali attività: Assistenza al cliente sia telefonicamente che via e-mail out bound per pratiche amministrative (es modifiche anagrafiche nei sistemi interni utilizzati, controlli post fatturazione, assistenza generica alla forza vendita) Gestione e smistamento giornaliera della casella di posta certificata Supporto ufficio credito nella gestione e sistemazione anagrafica dei mandati SEPA in errore Gestione archivio cartaceo contratti clienti WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Passione per il cliente, rispetto, immaginazione, semplicità e spirito imprenditoriale sono i valori che ricerchiamo nelle nostre persone.
