We’re currently looking for a Customer Experience & Admin Coordinator—someone organized, personable, and ready to play a key role in keeping our operations and customer experience running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the first point of contact for our customers and a central hub for internal coordination, this role offers variety and impact. You’ll support our sales, warehouse, and delivery teams while ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Welcoming customers in person and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Accurately entering customer orders and managing updates
  • Preparing pick lists for the warehouse and assisting with delivery coordination
  • Creating invoices, managing filing systems, and maintaining accurate order records using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
  • Jumping in to help teammates and contribute wherever needed
