Responsibilities

At MR MARVIS, we offer our customers a first-class service. This is only possible if we manage to offer everyone a unique and personalized experience that puts a smile on their face! As a Customer Experience Agent, your tasks will include:

  • You are supporting our customers with incoming questions/comments/inquiries across all channels: mail, phone, chat and social media
  • Representing the ‘voice of the Dutch customer’: pitch & implement ideas on how we can improve our overall customer experience
  • You will look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond standard customer experience (e.g. sending little gifts, handwritten notes and creating videos) making every pre- and post purchase touch moments one to remember
  • You support administrative tasks surrounding the customer experience, from handling returns to responding to ratings and reviews online
  • Tracking your own performance and provide customer feedback to the company.
