THE ROLE:
This role is a massively important part within the contact centre, it allows us to receive feedback directly from our customers to help us improve each of their journeys. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in handling customer complaints and feedback.
Hours: 40 Hour per Week
Days: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
Position: Office based role
Location: Birmingham Business Park
TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO:
