What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering warm, accurate, and timely support. Resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services. Use multiple systems confidently while maintaining a human connection. Document interactions and contribute to process improvements. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, etc.). Bilingual in Spanish with strong listening and communication skills. Resilient, accountable, and comfortable with performance metrics. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
