Flexible Shifts: Shift patterns include 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 11am-8pm, with the potential for adjustments based on business needs. Your role: As an Irish-speaking Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-tier support to both current and new customers through inbound calls. Your fluency in Irish will be an asset as you assist Irish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and engage in outbound calls to offer products and services, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
