YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Perform research and analysis of the processes and systems which impact the dealer experience with BRP distribution and logistics.
Troubleshoot specific cases raised by dealers to understand all root causes. Identify and follow up on corrective actions. Propose potential process improvements.
Collaborate with the customer service, OTC, 3PL and BRP distribution teams as well as the transportation team to address process gaps that impact dealer satisfaction.
Build reporting tools to quickly respond to dealer complaints as well as to monitor issues proactively.

Responsibilities

At least 2 years of experience using SAP S4 and EWM, specifically sales and distribution and inventory management modules.
Understanding of S4 Transportation Management (TM).
Experience working in distribution operations as operator or analyst.
Experience building Snowflake and Power BI reports.
Autonomous, curious, analytical, able to break down issues and explain to non-experts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
