Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Customer Experience and Growth Officer, where you will gain practical experience and develop valuable skills, whilst working towards a customer service qualification.
Successful candidates will be expected to travel to their assigned college, training provider or workplace as required.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm, welcoming, comprehensive, consistent and supportive, high-level front-line service, in person and over the telephone, to all existing and potential new customers.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to all enquiries, promoting the benefits of the service.
  • Delivering services in accordance with all relevant Policies and Procedures, KPI’s and TSA Standards.
  • Liaising effectively with internal departments, partner organisations and Adult Social Care.
  • Programming and installing equipment, ensuring customers receive the service they need in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all records are maintained accurately and securely in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Identifying and appropriately reporting Safeguarding concerns in accordance with Stockport Homes Policies and Procedures.
  • Providing Saturday installation availability in line with the wider team rota.
  • Commit to a qualification and complete all coursework and assessments.
  • Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities.
