We’re looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to join our team during our busiest and most exciting time of the year as we gear up for our annual main event Nordic Business Forum 2026. 📍 Location: Jyväskylä (with event days in Helsinki) 📅 Contract: Full-time, Temporary (3 August - 16 October, 2026) 💼 The Big Days: 16-17 September at Messukeskus, Helsinki Nordic Business Forum 2026 takes place at Messukeskus, Helsinki on 16-17 September. In the weeks leading up to the event, we expect a high volume of customer inquiries - and that’s where you come in! Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Assistant you will be at the heart of our customer service supporting customers with their orders, invoices, and general inquiries via our primary communication channels including phone, email, and chat, as well as managing our official event app, Brella. During the event week, you’ll join us on-site in Helsinki, working alongside our customer care team to support both in-person and online attendees. The position requires working overtime on the event days as well as traveling to Helsinki. What We're Looking For Our vision for customer care is to provide an unforgettable customer experience.
