we are looking for someone who is interested in offering exceptional service to our incredible customers. the position of customer experience associate is responsible for exceeding expectations for all customers interactions, including (but not limited to) answering fit and product questions, addressing concerns and feedback, and problem solving issues under pressure. this role is set in a fast-paced environment, utilizing email, chat, and phone correspondence as well as integrated systems to support cross-functional communication. if you have a passion for denim, a thirst for knowledge, and love to turn these things into incredible customer interactions, then we’d love to meet you. qualifications + responsibilities include: have expert level product and company knowledge have above-and-beyond problem solving skills have intuitive instincts for how to best support the team ability to communicate product and customer feedback to guide executive decisions ability to hande processes to liaise with customers on behalf of other teams have a self-starting approach to handling tasks have a a "bigger than retail" mindset have an aptitude for learning and staying curious this position starts as part time, with the opportunity to grow into a full time capacity. it is an in-person role at our fulfillment center offices. weekend and holiday availability is expected.
