Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading print-on-demand and self-publishing services provider in Raleigh, NC. This position focuses on guiding customers through the company website and tools to ensure a positive experience. This role is a contract opportunity that requires onsite training in Raleigh, NC for the first week, but can be remote for the remainder of the contract.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE:

  • 1+ year of customer support experience (preferably SaaS)
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g. FreshDesk)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

COMPENSATION OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE:

  • $18-$20 per hour
