About the Role We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Toronto location (829 Bloor St. W, Toronto, ON, M6G 1M1) This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
