JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of the Customer Experience Culture and Design section within the Customer Experience Department, where he/she will be required to assist with graphic and collaterals design work/projects at basic/mid-level. In addition, the role will involve some administration and secretarial duties for the section and department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Arts, Design or any other related discipline
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn and upskill
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task and manage tight timelines
  • Experiences required:
  • Office 365
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, InDesign (Good to have)
  • Artwork resizing and scaling (Good to have)
  • Design conceptualization (Good to have)
  • Photography and simple video production (Good to have)
  • Storyboarding and Video editing skills (Good to have)
  • Editing visual assets on Figma (Good to have)
  • Basic understanding of web design principles

Responsibilities
  • Work independently on simple design decks, digital/physical collaterals, internal website and social posts, confidently articulating/presenting design to stakeholders
  • Have an eye for details and be able to independently refine concepts and designs based on stakeholders’ feedback
  • Oversee quality control and perform checks on final artwork production
  • Assist in design-related work / projects such as roadshows, product showcases, conferences
  • Support section/department in planning, preparing, synthesizing content for experience design workshops, including desktop research, insights collation, ground observations, workshop activities, physical and digital workshop materials etc.
  • Manage the department’s ideation workspace which is open to the rest of SIA to use
  • Assist with monthly feedback statistics compilation, analysis and presentation
  • Manage Department/Section Head(s)’ calendar and schedule meetings as required
  • Other administrative duties, e.g. recording meeting notes, proactive follow up and accurate processing of department staff’s airport pass matters, coordinating department IT matters
