What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help members review benefit options and make informed decisions for their families. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person appointments with members who have requested information Explaining available coverage options in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way Helping families identify plans that fit their needs Building trust through strong communication, follow-up, and ongoing support Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development Working with a supportive team focused on integrity, growth, and results This opportunity allows you to build valuable skills in communication, leadership, client service, and business development while creating long-term career growth.
