Responsibilities
  • Post-Service Follow-Up: Reach out to service customers the day after their visit to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce trust in our dealership.
  • Survey Education: Explain the importance of Ford’s Customer Satisfaction Survey and encourage responses to help us improve and meet customer needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the friendly, professional voice of Progressive Ford, ensuring each customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential concerns early and escalate them to the Service Manager to prevent negative experiences.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Record each interaction, track customer feedback trends, and provide insights to the Service leadership team to drive improvements.
