Description
Responsibilities: * Assist and coordinate 5-Year Service Project from initial planning and vendor logistics to on-site execution, delivering seamless client experience * Prepare creative ideas for customer gifting initiatives and coordinate gifting logistics to ensure timely delivery and presentation * Manage the inventory of service tools, coordinate distribution to boutiques, and support the sourcing and development of new assets * Conduct regular boutique visits to monitor service standards and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement * Coordinate with boutique teams regarding daily CX inquiries and requests * Support with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements: * Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Flexible and open-minded to keep abreast of change * High attention to detail and accuracy * Proactive in seeking guidance and contributing fresh, creative and innovative ideas * Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 25,185 people worldwide.
