  • Contributing to the dissemination of knowledge regarding the Voice of the Customer program by creating impactful presentations
  • Supporting the execution of all stages of several research projects: designing questionnaires, reviewing and translating, monitoring data collection, preliminary analyses, etc.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover new customer insights
  • Ensuring the documentation of the research program or other programs
  • Supporting the team in meeting preparations
  • Helping establish an internal site for the customer experience team
  • Writing communications
  • Participating in various projects related to strategic plannin
