Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Customer Experience and Inventory Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers across both online, wholesale and in-person channels. You will work closely with our Brand Director, with the support of the full team, including our Founder and Creative Director, to meet your goals and help elevate every customer interaction.
You’ll manage day-to-day customer care tasks, including email and phone communication, ensuring orders are processed and shipped on time, and facilitating both virtual and in-person shopping appointments. You’ll also help maintain our inventory system, ensuring seamless movement of product between the warehouse, the showroom, and events.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, warm, and sales-focused, who thrives working independently while meeting deadlines and delivering thoughtful, efficient service.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a more senior customer experience, retail operations, or eCommerce role within a dynamic, values-driven fashion brand.
As a small team, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s packing and shipping orders, steaming samples for a photoshoot, or helping tidy up the office.
The perfect candidate will be someone who understands that how we make people feel is the most important thing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide thoughtful and timely customer service via email, chat, phone and in-person interactions
  • Maintain our warm and welcoming brand voice across all platforms and with all customers, big and small
  • Host virtual shopping appointments and style customers in person at our HQ
  • Manage our Poshmark account, including curating listings and running weekly virtual sales
  • Support and manage in-person experiences, including sample sales, pop-ups, and events
  • Coordinate inventory flow between the warehouse, showroom, and office as needed
  • Manage online order processing, including packing, shipping, exchanges, and returns
  • Jump in to help pack and ship orders during high-volume periods
  • Identify ways to improve the customer experience and drive both online and in-person sales
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on various tasks
