Your profile

Your Profile 

  • fluent in English and German
  • good working knowledge of MS Office
  • currently living in Hamburg or the surrounding area (within commuting distance)
  • strong communication skills and service mentality 
  • high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn 
  • ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
  • nice to have: international travel
  • ideally, initial experience in a call center setting
