What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional swim lessons and customer experiences Drive performance across your locations, including retention, revenue, and service excellence Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and brand consistency Hire, train, and develop team members into confident, capable leaders Handle escalated customer complaints Be a visible, hands-on presence poolside - leading by example What You Bring Strong leadership and communication skills You need to be able to swim proficiently. If you have been on a swim team or a lifeguard, that’s a great plus - please make sure to highlight that in your application!
