Client Services ManagerCorporate Services, DubaiAED 17,000 - 19,000 per month plus benefits

SELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading corporate services company in Dubai to recruit an experienced Client Services Manager to lead its client service and service delivery function.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring a consistently high standard of client experience across the full service lifecycle, while overseeing team performance, operational efficiency and the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Client Services team, ensuring consistently high standards across all client interactions.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, service standards and operational targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end client journey and ensure a seamless, positive client experience.
• Manage client and operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Develop and continuously improve service delivery processes, SOPs and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyse client feedback, service trends and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of experience across client services, client experience, operations or service delivery, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Previous experience within corporate services, company formation or business setup is strongly preferred, alongside knowledge of UAE free zones, business setup and complex corporate structures.

You will need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong client-focused approach and proven experience managing escalations and driving improvements within a fast-paced service environment. Experience working with operational systems including ERP and Zoho would also be advantageous.
