We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to be part of the store leadership team at the Victoria’s Secret full assortment store at Highpoint, reporting to the Senior Store Manager. The Customer Experience Manager, drives sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor, and has a primary duty of management, actively directing and managing 20 to 30 full-time direct reports, plus seasonal casuals.
