We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Medical Office Coordinator to join our successful and dynamic team in Surrey, BC. EXPERIENCE:

  • A background in medical office administration or customer-facing roles, especially in physiotherapy clinics, is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Phone Skills: Professional and friendly phone etiquette is key to positive patient communication.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle schedules, patient communications, and documentation.
  • Excel: Comfortable using Excel to track data, manage patient appointments, and generate reports.
  • Digital Systems: Experience with EMR systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools and software.
