We are looking for the right candidate to oversee the customer experience of our Photo Lab! Your daily work will include but not limited to: resolving customer’s concerns over phone call and email, packaging photo orders, create product displays, and cultivating a team that takes pride in doing excellent work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of 75 WPM
• Process-minded and demonstrated decision making skills
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for nuances in color
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, desire to inspire and motivate
• Once a quarter, be able to lift 50 pounds, multiple times per day, for Lobby merchandising changes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience
• Training experience
• Leadership experience
• Merchandising experience
• Knowledge of basic photography or graphic design
• Familiar with Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Canva softwares

Bring photos to life with creativity, heart, and leadership. You will make judgement calls on how to implement our customer service policies to help customers and ensure our Photo Lab runs smoothly. We will have opportunities for growth that are tailored to your skills and our business’ needs.

• Part Time: 35 hours/week; ideal candidates would be able to have a “flex” schedule, and work 40 hours/week at least once a month for sales and merchandising display changes.
• Shifts: Work five shifts a week, Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Two weeks a month, must be able to work four weekday shifts and a Saturday shift from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Closed Sun & Holidays
• Holiday Season: From Black Friday - third Saturday of December, employee will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours/week.
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

• Oversee and coordinate daily customer service operations
• Manage the customer education, ensure customer issues are resolved within set time frames
• Primary customer service trainer for all new hires, conduct skills assessments
• Design and execute seasonal merchandising displays in our showroom
• Foster a mentality of teamwork & positivity
• Take initiative on special projects pertaining to Customer Service
• Complete graphic design and photo editing work for in-store customers
• Assist with packaging photo orders
• Perform opening duties, prepare the showroom for the work day
