• To assist customers from end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction andproviding professional customer support.
• To respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communicationchannels.
• To keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, andcomplaints.
• To handle incoming phone calls, emails and online inquiries.
• To maintain an e-commerce database with promotions, new products, etc.
• To undertake responsibility for ad hoc administrative tasks.
