We’re rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany, together with some of the country’s leading partners in retail and food. To make it happen, we’re building a hands-on team of Deployment & Operations Managers to lead site launches and drive local execution. About the Role As a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist, you’re the local expert ensuring smooth daily operations of our robotic kitchen while delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll be the face of Circus for customers, addressing questions or feedback and making sure every dish leaves our kitchen perfectly. When something doesn’t go as planned, you’ll know how to diagnose the issue—whether that means a software glitch, a hardware reset, or an ingredient replacement. It’s a mix of hands-on work, active problem-solving, and customer interaction. Your Daily Business Monitor the performance of robotic kitchen systems and take immediate action if irregularities occur (resetting, checking configurations, or liaising with tech support). Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food prep readiness in line with hygiene standards. Quality checks and assurance Handle customer inquiries or issues with empathy, clarity, and action-oriented follow-through. Support continuous process improvement by sharing feedback with the wider team on learnings flowing into product improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to improve kitchen reliability and performance. Take ownership of operational readiness, from ingredient delivery to final meal presentation. Base Qualifications A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn basic technical troubleshooting (training provided). Pride in providing excellent customer service and representing an innovative brand. Hands-on approach—comfortable with both people-facing and practical kitchen tasks. Prior experience in hospitality, food operations, or tech-enabled service environments is a plus. Reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills in English and German. Preferred Qualifications Background or interest in robotics, automation, or food technology. Experience in customer-facing or field-based technical support roles.
