Step into a vital role as a Customer Experience Operations Intern at Focus Global Inc., where you'll provide essential support to the HF Service Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer experience operations, contributing to the execution of marketing strategies and supporting our esteemed Customer Relations team. Key Responsibilities: - Operational and Administrative Support: Assist the HF Service Department in executing marketing strategies and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. - Customer Case Preparation: Research and prepare detailed customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members in addressing client inquiries and requests. - Project Monitoring: Track the progress of various customer installation and servicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. - Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, external providers, and suppliers to support customer needs and brand requirements. What We’re Looking For: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. - Results-driven and a team player. - Willingness to work fully on-site at our Mandaluyong office.
