What you will do: Assist with activities related to agency and policyholder service requests. Accurately review agency request changes for acceptability and process changes in the Cowbell platform. Facilitate the completion of document requests from our agency partners and policyholders. Process notices from the Cowbell platform to our agency partners and policyholders. Collaborate with a fun team, while growing, learning, and teaching the company along the way. What Cowbell needs from you: Proven success in operations and processing or the aptitude to obtain that experience. Detail-oriented in all aspects of your work. Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality, taking initiative to solve problems with high energy and urgency. Passion and resiliency. Effective verbal and written skills.
