Responsibilities

Are you looking for an exciting flexible role, working from home for a minimum of 10 hours per week? We are looking for people who have excellent listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to self motivate and work to deadlines.
Our team of Customer Experience Analysts filter & score customer calls & emails against pre-determined criteria. The role of the QA Analyst is to quality check the call/emails analyses for consistency & accuracy.

QA Analysts are required to:

  • Check call/email analyses for accuracy.
  • Provide feedback to Customer Experience Analysts about their performance.
  • Answer Customer Experience Analyst questions related to criteria & feedback.
  • Provide coaching of new analysts in conjunction with new QAs.
  • Provide feedback to Customer Experience Team Leaders and Customer Experience Management.
  • Highlight any updates that may be required to the scoring criteria.
  • Highlight any enquiries that are noteworthy that do not fall within the scoring framework.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports detailing work & hours completed
  • Ensure that all data is encrypted and secure.
  • Conduct any other duties related to the role as necessary

Previous experience in conducting call/email quality checks is a must.
