Description Provide a professional, welcoming, and responsive experience for customers and visitors as the first point of contact. Manage customer enquiries and support requests in a timely manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Assist with customer visits, meetings, and events as required. Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial transactions. Assist with operational reporting, revenue tracking, and administrative reconciliations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Liaise with internal departments to support the smooth delivery of training operations. Provide administrative support to the Centre Leadership team and wider business. Coordinate office supplies and general facility requirements. Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative activities. Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the training centre. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using business systems and databases. Preferred Qualifications Interest in aviation or training operations. Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while managing enquiries and support requests. Provide administrative and financial support, including processing purchase orders and coordinating facility requirements for the training centre.
