Responsibilities
  • Greet athletes and parents with a warm, genuine smile, making every family feel like part of HoopLife’s mission.
  • Check athletes into classes and programs, keeping things smooth and organized.
  • Answer and return phone calls, engaging parents with energy and care.
  • Educate families about HoopLife’s programs, memberships, and apparel, driving sales with confidence and charm.
  • Connect with parents through questions and curiosity, building trust and becoming part of their journey.
  • Handle cleaning and tidying to keep our elite facilities spotless and welcoming, no task too small.
  • Provide administrative support, from sending intro videos to organizing schedules, always delivering 11/10.
  • Brainstorm ideas to make the front desk experience even better, owning your role like a pro.
  • Work part-time, including weekdays and weekends, giving your all to athletes, families, and the team.
