Niagara Regional Broadband Network (NRBN) is the Region’s leading service provider of high-performance data, voice, and networking solutions.
The Customer Experience Representative (the “Representative”) will be responsible for customer education, acquisition, and relationship building. The Representative will proactively vet customers within the assigned territory(ies) to uncover new and future business for Niagara Regional Broadband Network Limited (NRBN). Due to their customer-facing role, the Representative must exude a positive, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude in their interactions.
