QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a professional office environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and is required.
  • Ability to communicate in French, both written and oral, is preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Business Diploma preferred.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must be a quick learner who is self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As a Customer Experience Representative at Sarjeant Propane, your primary objective is to ensure our clients receive unparalleled support and assistance throughout their journey with our product and services. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving retention, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay any messages.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information and product education to callers.
  • Receive payments over the phone from customers.
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors coming into the office.
  • Manage & respond to general inquiry email inbox.
  • Enter propane orders and calls for service .
  • Liaison with other departments (delivery, service, sales & credit).
  • Escalate critical situations (emergency calls / leaks) .
  • Provide one call resolution & exceptional customer service to customers .
