JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE – URGENTLY HIRING

Pay: $21–$23/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Kennebunk, ME
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a well-established and growing company in the energy services industry. This role is based out of their Kennebunk, Maine customer service center and plays a key part in ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
The Customer Experience Representative is the front line of communication with customers, both over the phone and in person. Success in this position means handling inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues with care and accuracy, and promoting services with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

AS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Handling incoming customer calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Assisting walk-in customers at the office with account inquiries and service needs
  • Contacting existing and potential customers to provide service information and resolve concerns
  • Processing orders and completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Supporting the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and sharing information on products and services
  • Performing general administrative and customer service center support duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment
  • Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
  • The ability to sit at a desk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
