You will be working closely with the support of the Global Customer Experience Manager to complete these tasks to the highest level. While you will have daily guidance and mentorship where required, we'll make sure you have room to take initiative driven by our core values. The right candidate will thrive on our shared values, enthusiasm for the outdoors and our goal to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. This is a full-time, fixed term office-based role as you will need to be connected to the team and absorb our culture. With that said, we like to work hard and play hard. What you’ll be doing: Communicating with Mons customers to assist all their needs - managing returns, exchanges and warranty requests Processing orders for various consumer and retail channels Assisting wholesale customers with order updates, product information and general support Liaising with warehouses and logistics providers to manage order and stock dispatches Managing the accuracy of inventory at our New Zealand warehouse Providing excellent customer service via email and phone Supporting regional and global team members with other general tasks as required Thriving within a small, ambitious and hard-working team Experience in a similar customer service position Experience managing warranty claims, returns and processing credits Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced apparel business Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational, time management and communication skills Strong written and verbal English Self-starter mentality with the capability to execute without constant supervision Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) Microsoft Office (Excel) and generally technologically savvy Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, able to promote and embody our company values Valid New Zealand work visa Opportunity for Growth Mons Royale is a fast-growing brand in the action and adventure sports space with lots of opportunities for career development, within and outside NZ. Mountain town lifestyle and flexibility We are based in mountain towns because we value time spent in the mountains and want to enable and encourage our team to achieve a work/life balance. While we do work hard and put in the hours, we also believe in the value of having a life outside of the workplace. This role will be based in our brand home, Wanaka. We value people and our team Company culture is important to us. We're often together in the mountains or catching up for a happy-hour bike ride. With offices in Squamish, Innsbruck and our hometown of Wanaka, Mons is comprised of a globally diverse workforce. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds and therefore all qualified applicants receive consideration for employment. Embracing the entrepreneurial spirit Being a part of a fast-growing brand means that there’s never a dull moment and that you’ll likely be involved in a lot of opportunities that may fall outside of your typical job description.
