As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Outdoor Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems Business segments as part of the Customer Experience team. You will work closely as the main customer liaison to completecustomer queriesand order intake issuesin a complex and exciting B2B environment. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• 5-7 years as a Customer Service/ Experience Representative
• Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organization
• Microsoft tools especially Excel knowledge
• Experience in SAP
