QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mastery of the English language in verbal, written, and spoken communication is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Proficient in using communication tools such as email, text, and phone to engage with customers.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms to interact with customers and promote inventory.
  • Attention to detail when inputting customer information into CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience in hospitality (servers, bartenders, hotel front desk, call centers, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Be a friendly and informative guide as customers explore our wide selection of 80-120 pre-owned vehicles, with no need for negotiation. Our third-party technology handles pricing to ensure fairness.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, video, and face-to-face – always with a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Manage customer information using our CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date.
  • Utilize social media and texting platforms to connect with customers and share Ride Time’s exciting inventory and promotions.
  • Follow a proven, step-by-step system to meet activity goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
