Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from our CK stores and online customer inquiries
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcome for our customers
- Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into a forever raving fans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time efficient manner
- Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls solved)
