  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
  • Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
  • Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
