• Handle inbound calls and emails from our CK stores and online customer inquiries
• Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcome for our customers
• Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into a forever raving fans
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time efficient manner
• Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls solved)
