You genuinely enjoy helping people and making their day better You are a natural at building relationships and having engaging conversations You own what you do — you take initiative and follow through You are cool under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused You are confident on social media, whether responding to customers or creating fun, engaging content Maybe you've worked in hospitality, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing role and you're ready for your next step. You'll need to be able to come into our offices in the CBD every day for the first month or so while you're training, and at least 2-3 days a week once you're all sorted.
