As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a member of the Customer Service team, where you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Salem, OR location on an  Hybrid  work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently.
